High in the rolling hills of Mount View, where the Hunter Valley stretches out in every direction, lies the birth of the Petersons wines story. It was here in 1971 that Ian and Shirley Peterson, together with their son Colin, first planted vines — laying the foundation for more than five decades of family winemaking tradition.
Today, Petersons Mount View remains a place where history and hospitality meet. At our charming cellar door, you’ll taste the wines that built our name: expressive Semillon, rich Chardonnay, bold Shiraz, and carefully crafted small-batch releases that speak of both place and passion.
