Our cellar door overlooking the vineyards, which opened in April 2024, invites you to explore a selection of tasting flights featuring our award-winning wines. Savour Hunter classics like Shiraz, Semillon, and Chardonnay, or indulge in our rare Pinot Noir which we vinified white. For sparkling wine enthusiasts, our Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling has been aged on lees for an extended time, giving it depth and complexity.

Enhance your visit with our Dumplings & Wine Tasting experience, expertly pairing wines with diverse flavours, or unwind with a Cheese and Charcuterie platter and a glass of wine whilst relaxing on the various vantage points of the property. During warmer months, don’t miss our Breakfast in the Vines, a gourmet experience complete with a breakfast hamper, a bottle of breakfast wine (it’s a real thing), and breathtaking vineyard views.
