Binnorie Dairy proudly makes cheese onsite in the Lower Hunter. Peer through the window mid week and watch the Cheesemakers do what they do best. Award winning Cow and Goat Cheeses are available! We offer complimentary Cheese tasting from 10am–5pm 7 days per week.
Enjoy delicious house made Ricotta Cheesecake and Tiramisu or grab a picnic box with cheese and crackers and a glass, or bottle, of local wine. Sit on the deck and take in the tranquil view or better yet, bring a picnic blanket and spread it out under the shade of a gum tree.
