Parched Crow Wines

Parched Crow is a new, family-owned and locally run, bespoke winery producing quality handcrafted wines.

Their idyllic, panoramic property located in Pokolbin is surrounded by cattle fields, rows of vineyards and is rich in Hunter Valley history. Parched Crow’s ambition is derived from their combined passion for preserving Pokolbin’s past and farming; both grapes and livestock.

From ranching beginnings, Parched Crow is committed to supporting small, local businesses and families, and providing guests with the most genuine and authentic Hunter Valley experience.
