The Spirit of Pokolbin, Pokolbin Distillery creates all their product in-house, starting with the high-quality base spirit made from scratch in small batches in copper pot stills. This is then combined with naturally sourced ingredients that are inspired by the family’s Polish heritage and Australia’s native botanicals. Three generations of distillers have refined this process, to provide you with an authentic product we are proud to present here in the Hunter Valley.
