THE DISCOVERY experience is a fun and informative tasting, highlighting the stylistic diversity that can be achieved within the Hunter Valley’s signature varieties. This seated tasting includes four Semillon and four Shiraz.

THE EXPLORER is the most popular experience. This premium tasting explores the diversity that exists between individual vineyard Semillon and Shiraz with a focus on Thomas Wines benchmark wines. This tasting is focused on the top end of their range.

THE JOURNEY Your host will guide you through a structured journey of the entire

range, discussing the influence of soils, and other aspects that contribute to the unique personality of Thomas Wines. This experience is for those with a passion for Semillon and Shiraz.
