Created from a couple of work colleagues that came together to create an alcoholic hard seltzer to have after a long day of work in the blistering Australian Summer, they wanted something that they could easily get, easily drink and easily enjoy with their friends…that’s how Easy Street Collective began.
Enjoy the friendly and relaxed atmosphere with breathtaking views. There are a range of food options designed to be shared amongst friends.
The distillery boasts the first locally produced Single Malt Whisky and Barrel Aged Rum and also has a dedicated Whisky and Rum room. We also boast a large range of craft spirits and beers with an additional spirit tasting room for Gins, Vodka and Liqueurs.
