Established in 1994, our Hunter Valley vineyard, Tallavera Grove specialises in traditional local varieties of Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay and Shiraz. For many years now, we’ve also grown Italian varieties including Fiano, Vermentino, Montepulciano and Sagrantino. These are perfectly suited to our terroir and bring an exotic edge to our small-batch, boutique wines.
Tallavera Grove is the home of our cellar door. Come and experience a first-class personalised tasting or relax and drink in one of the best views in the Valley with a glass of your favourite Carillion wine, paired with a generous Cheese or Charcuterie board from Bistro Molines.
